In this class we are focused on fun!
Children will have the opportunity to explore the equipment at their own pace. At the 15 minute mark we do our best to rally the littles ones together for some skills and fun with the coaches. Then more open gym time and we finish with strength and flexibility training.
Summer Toddler Program - parents required
Monday & Wednesday am @ 9:30 am - 10:30am
In this class we are still focused on fun! But we add some work into the mix. We begin the class with open gym time for the kids to explore the equipment but we will be working on skills and strength in our time together.
We will work on full body strengthening as well as isometric training. Skills like Hollow/Arch, Forward/backward rolls, handstands, Bridges, casting, pull overs, tap swings, the list goes on!!
Tuesday & Friday @ 9:30am - 10:30am with coach Angie
Enjoy the room on your own!
Bring your children in for some fun on their own, with friends, siblings or with you!
You can stay as long as you want as long as we have a coach or supervisor in the building.
Book a session with Coach Angie to work on all things gymnastics! This service is for everyone!!
Simple changes in your technique and positioning can go a long way when it comes to the skills like pull ups, handstands and muscle ups. They also require continuous strength training.
Coach Angie will work with you on the technical part of these movements and start you on the right strength program to reach those goals.
Have a little one celebrating a Birthday? Our gymnastics room is a fantastic space to hold a party!
You are able to use any of the equipment in the room, we have tables to set food and gifts and a small kitchen to hide all the goodies!
