• No Stress for You: We take care of the set up and have our space ready so that you can relax or play with the kids! Our space is private and you are able to keep your eyes on everyone the entire time. No trying to find little ones in a crowded space. 

• 2 Hours of Gymnastics Fun: You will have access to the gymnastics facility for 2 hours of activity. Our doors are opened 30 minutes prior to your booking to bring in your supplies. Staff is on-site to guide you through that facility, ensure documentation is complete, supervise and help with the cleanup. We do ask that equipment is returned back to its space. 
• Private Party Space: When you book your party with Circle B, your party will have private access to the gymnastics center. After gymnastics, your party can enjoy our decorated area to eat, open gifts, and have cake, creating a perfect balance of activity and downtime.

1. What age group is the gymnastics party suitable for?
Our gymnastics parties are perfect for children ages 2-11. We offer age-appropriate activities to ensure everyone has a great time, from toddlers to pre-teens!

2. How long does the party last?
Each party lasts about 2.5 hours. (30 min. before for set up) After your party, please ensure kids help put all the equipment away. Staff will be sanitizing, cleaning and re-decorating for the next party.

3. Do I need to bring anything for the gymnastics activities?
No special equipment is required! We provide all the necessary gymnastic mats, equipment, and props. Just make sure the kids wear comfortable clothing (like leggings or a t-shirt) and bare feet or socks.

4. Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes! You can bring your own birthday cake, snacks, and drinks. We also provide a designated party area for your group to enjoy food, cake, and presents after the gymnastics fun. It is important that food stay off of the designated gymnastics area.

5. How many kids can attend the party?
Our standard parties accommodate 15 children. Each additional guest is $15 per person. 

6. Are the gymnastics activities supervised?
Hosts are required to provide supervision for their party. Once in the facility, waivers will be signed for all kids that come to play. It is important that parents or party hosts keeps an eye on the kids, injuries are a part of sport and can happen in a gymnastics facility. Staff is on hand to ensure that your party is running smoothly. 

7. Do I need to stay with my child during the party?
For children under 5, we recommend that a parent or guardian stays with them during the gymnastics portion of the party. For older kids, parents are welcome to relax in the designated party area. 

8. Is a deposit required to reserve a party?
Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your spot. The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the party.

9. What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand things come up! Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Our team will work with you to find a new date if needed.

10. Where do we enter the facility?
Please enter into Circle B Fitness through the West black door in the South parking lot. Staff will be there to greet you for your booking. 

11. Can we use the upstairs Gym? 

During your party you are not able to use the upstairs fitness facility or equipment. Our staff would be happy to give parents and kids a guided tour if they would like.
