The 24-Hour Circle B Fitness membership is for students, athletes, individuals who are running on busy schedules or new parents who need to bring their infant in with them! We know the new moms have a challenging time getting their training in, we welcome you here!
This membership gives you access to the facility 24/7 every day of the year.
As a 24 hour members you are also encouraged to join us in our Saturday Mobility Class as well as any other specialty class we offer.

At Circle B Fitness our classes are like having a personal trainer in a group environment.
We always encourage members entering into classes to join Coach Angie for a quick consultation where we discuss lifestyle, fitness history, limitations and perform a movement assessment to see where you are starting from. Consultations are at no cost.
Our class programming is designed to ensure that all members can perform movements at their ability. We understand that everyone starts at different fitness levels and abilities, our coaching team is committed to teaching members how to move their bodies properly and safely.
The daily programming follows a set out cycle that incorporates dumbbells, kettlebells, squatting, pressing, various deadlifts, core and posture, mixed work on machines and much more.

Tuesday/Thursday - 9:15am/5:30pm

It is extremely important to teach our kids to move with proper mechanics as they grow up and as they enter into sports. In our youth class we ensure they kids learn the proper mechanics of squatting, hinging, lunging, pressing, pulling and engaging their core. We also focus on common issues seen in young athletes, knees caving in, inability to squat well, overhead pressing strength and mobility. Posture is another common correction that we work on in youth classes, this is knowing how to hold your body correctly and engaging your muscles correctly.
Your child will learn to use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, rings, pull up bars and every piece of equipment in the gym. We will work on the following
- Weight training
- Cyclical training
- Plyometric training
- Functional Movement training
- Gymnastics training
- Flexibility/Mobility
- Nutritional education and how to eat for sport
