If at any time you have questions about movement patterns or need a spot, we are always here to help. If you are performing a movement with incorrect mechanics one of our friendly staff will offer to help you so that you are able to learn correctly.

At Circle B Fitness our classes are like having a personal trainer in a group environment. It is important to keep our class sizes small so that we are able to teach you properly.
We always encourage members entering into classes to join Coach Angie for a quick consultation where we discuss numerous things, lifestyle, fitness history, limitations and we will also perform a movement assessment to see where you are starting from. Consultations are always no cost.
Once we have discussed goals and have a plan set you will start your fitness journey with the amazing coaching staff. At the beginning it is important that we teach you the basic functions of the following movements. Squatting, Lunging, Pressing, Hinging, Pulling and engaging your core effectively. It is top priority that we teach you to move and to move properly.
Our classes are full of fantastic supporting people that want to see you succeed, they had to take that big step through the door too!

It is extremely important to teach our kids to move with proper mechanics as they grow up and as they enter into sports. In our youth class we ensure they kids learn the proper mechanics of squatting, hinging, lunging, pressing, pulling and engaging their core. We also focus on common issues seen in young athletes, knees caving in, inability to squat well, overhead pressing strength and mobility. Posture is another common correction that we work on in youth classes, this is knowing how to hold your body correctly and engaging your muscles correctly.
Your child will learn to use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, rings, pull up bars and every piece of equipment in the gym. We will work on the following
- Weight training
- Cyclical training
- Plyometric training
- Functional Movement training
- Gymnastics training
- Nutritional education and how to eat for sport

Individual Program design is a program built focusing on just you. In your individual consultation we will discuss everything. I want to know your goals, your limitations, your lifestyle and much more!
You will receive weekly programming and record your results for your coach to review. We will communicate often, and I will be there to help you learn. Individual Clients can schedule short free appointments with Angie if they are having questions about their programming.
